Dear lybrate-user, Daily protein requirement based on your height should be 70-80 gms per day. Adequate protein intake with workouts will help you build your muscle mass. Drink enough liquids- total liquid intake per day should be minimum around 1.5 - 2 litres daily. It is a good idea to get kidney function done.
