I am suffering from spinal TB. I have taken Rifampicin (R, Isoniazid (I), Pyrazinamide (P, Ethambutol hydrochloride (E) for 3 months. After 3months, I have stopped taking pyrazinamide. My overall pain has reduced but my abscess in my back is still there. There is no relief in abscess. Also there is pain due to abscesses. Like wen I run it pains, during sleeping wen I change sides it pains. How can I get rid of these abscesses? (I have taken medicines now for 100 days. R=600 mg & I=300 mg & P=2000 mg & E=1200 mg)
