Hi, I have this issue like whenever I think about my old friends whose contacts I have lost or if I am wearing a piece of jewelry and it does not get off I start panicking and feel anxiety. For example if I am not able to remember something I start feeling anxious. I have to divert my mind towards something else n forget to feel relaxed and normal. Is it a serious issue?
