HI, I am 38 years old women. I like eating Butter (Ghee) a lot. I eat 1/2 teaspoon of ghee daily. I am eating since many years. Is it bad for health. My weight is 51 kgs and height is 5.feet. Does eating ghee daily will increase the risk of blockages in the heart.

No every one should take one spoon of ghee in every meal i.e. One spoon each in bfast, lunch n dinner. No it does not increase the risk of blockage. Blockage happens with trans fats which is found in fast food, biscuits, cake, pastries etc.

Hello, Taking ghee will not cause any harm but it also depends on the intake of other kind of fats in your diet (like oil, butter, margarine, etc).
