Mam, Due to over thinking I am getting distracted, Faces fear in moving every situation, over thinking, excess stress and due to this I am not able to focus on what I have to do. Problem in every day things! Even I taken cognitive behavioral therapy and it has benefited to an extinct but still long way to go. Can you suggest some ways and medications for dealing with such issues which Include panic attacks, depression, feeling hopeless!

It is a time consuming process and might take 6-8 months to bring about its effect depending on the severity of the symptoms. Try to keep continuing with the CBT sessions. Try to maintain a thought diary and write about your thoughts and feelings everyday. Also try deep breathing exercises and physical exercises to keep mind and body active and balanced.
