I heard anxiety and depression shrinks some part of the brains like hippocampus and prefrontal lobe, so m.little worried because I have also suffered from anxiety, OCD for 6 years. Now I am ok but wants to confirm that no shrinkage happed in my hippocampus and other parts of brain so which type of MRI test I should take to be completely sure that no shrinkage is there in my brain because of 6 years of anxiety and depression.

Did you do a C to say you have shrinkage of hippocampus and prefrontal lobe, I think you are anxious and make your imaginations by reading medical write ups on google without any basic knowledge of medicine l Anxiety will not cause these and a normal MRI is enough to confirm.
