Hello doctor I am student and I am pursuing my engg. So I need to college and daily and as much as control I eats Polly food and largely contain fats and all these goes and it increases my belly fat that look very old and due to eating of oily food sometime my neck start burning I feels I have eaten chilly power and it goes to stomach that feel very painful after eating of food (sometime occur while eating) so my question is that how 1-how I can reduce my belly fat 2-and my neck pain because of eating of belly food and what I food I eat that will not to increase belly fat and help to reduce neck pain. Thank you.
