Hello Mr. lybrate-user Weight loss should be primary concern at the moment seeing your symptoms. Kindly balance or reduce your alcohol consumption. Smoking should be avoided too. You must eat your meals on time. Take mini meals and often, i.e. 5 meals of small portion in a day. Spices, salt, sugar and oil are the four ingredients that should not be taken in excess. They have there own aftereffects in body system. Drink plenty of water. Coconut water, yogurt, curd, buttermilk should be added in your diet as they have soothing effect on digestion. Kindly take fibre rich diet to avoid constipation and hence, further discomfort while defecation. For a permanent solution, I would suggest you to consult a good homoeopathic doctor near you as homoeopathy has given great results in digestive disorders be it acute or chronic. You can contact me through audio or video call for further analysis and prescription of your case. T c.
