Sir, My mri scan report. Mild posterior paracentral disc protrusion at L5 - S1 level causing mild thecal sac indentation. Atlanto occipital assimilation. C2-C3 block vertebra. Small left posterior disc osteophyte complex at C3-C4 level causing mild thecal sac indentation. My doctor asked me to do isha yoga suryanamskar, upyoga, giriya. Is there any other physical exercise to get it. Right. Sir. Daily I want to drive 44 km by active can I continue or use car or stop it please suggest me some help sir. Can it be completely cured sir. I am in stress and anxiety please help me sir.

Dear user (sorry name is not available). First of all don't panic, this is completely manageable condition, firstly visit occupational therapist for posture correction decrease usage of computer and Mobile there are few exercise that will really help and don't count on medication also there are few non surgical options to manage this condition if all fails. Surgery is indeed a last/no option. Live life to the fullest. Best Wishes.
