This condition is called phimosis and is rare. But don't worry bro you are not alone with this issue. I?m 18 years old and had the same problem till 3 months ago, I was only able to see a pinhole sized portion of my penis? head. And yes this may affect sex causing slight discomfort and you will not be able to go fast without retracting the foreskin, better you cure this before having sex. Treatment is a minor one and not to worry about it at all. Don't visit a doctor or search for cure online from a doctor because they'll directly recommend you to have your penis circumcised. Circumcision is like killing a mosquito with a gun and you should never have it done, also the healing takes more than a month and you can't have sex in this period. Doctors just suggest this to drain more money from your pocket. What I did was foreskin stretching exercises for two and a half months. Stretching is the best treatment with 100% efficiency, all you need is to be regular with it. Just do this: Note Always do these stretching excercises with flaccid penis. Use warm water to lubricate and don't stretch beyond limits or it may cause pain and redness. This worked for me because I was regular and determined. Initially if you are not able to insert finger, grab the foreskin with two fingers from opposite points and pull it outside from the penis for 1 minute with 10?20 seconds break atleast 5 times a day. After 1.5 weeks you would be able to insert your finger between penis and foreskin. Just insert your finger and stretch the tight portion (focus on the tightest part of the skin) for 5?10 minutes each day while taking a shower under warm water and also stretch the frenulum everytime you pee. You will find noticable change within 3 weeks and 1/4th head would be visible when you pull it back. After 5?6 weeks it would seem that you will be able to retract the foreskin when the penis is flaccid but don?t do that because it might get stuck behind the head and cause paraphimosis which is a medical emergency case and you may have to run to a doctor. Just continue stretching and be regular with it for 2?3 more weeks. Now even when penis is erect foreskin will be lose enough to pull back, but continue this for a week or two more and when it travels smoothly over the penis' head and you are comfortable enough with the movement pull it back and boom you are done. Just remember to clean your penis after retracting. It will be very sensitive then but exposing it to the air will desensitize it in a few weeks.

Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.
