Respected Doctor, 3 years ago I got an bike accident, went to hospital, got general treatment then started office life. After 5-6 six month I had felt back pain when I had sitting more than 2 hour continuously in front of Computer. I went to lab where I examined an Xray named Spine Lumbar AP/LAT. Showed in conclusion loss of normal lumber curvature may be due to muscular spasm. I am in very stressed due to my back pain. Kindly suggest me.
