I am 33 years old, I am 75 kg now, I have thyroid problem, I have back pain & body pain, I am not active in daily basic activities, what can I do please suggest me?

You have to take your medication regularly, the dose is adjusted till your thyroid reports become normal ,then you have to continue that dose. Apart from thyroid you need to check your diabetes, lipids,liver function ,check for insulin resistance. Increase your activity level and follow medical nutrition therapy for your meals.
