Hi, My patient of 72 years old admitted in hospital with urinary obstruction and no stool several days and a bad greenish color vomit also. Previously he was suffering with fever. Doctor observed, medicine applied, stool became normal, no obstruction then said by doctor. But suddenly a problem occurred as he was not able to throw the coughs from his neck, Given him ventilation supports. Doctors said that clinically it may be GB syndrome in respiratory organ. But none of the reports including mri, back bone fluid test supports the fact. They suggests to start immunoglobulin in trial basis though they are not sure about gbs. Several neuro doctors visited in calcutta medical research int visited but no result. Patients all body parts including kegs hands are ok. No abnormality. Only problem is that he cannot recovered without ventilation. Now we are in helpless position. Kindly suggest.
