I suffering from fitness of my body actually my height is 5'11" my weight is 87 so its 7 kgs over wait so please guide me how can I wait loss.

Hello, for loosing weight, Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.
