I have too much pain in my stomach sometime. That why I don't eat food properly. Help me plz.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods -also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast -have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion.
