Difficult to distinguish only on imaging without a Biopsy. Due to the high incidence of asymptomatic tuberculosis in India which leads to enlarged necrotic nodes, which are very difficult to distinguish from cancer nodes or lymphoma Depending upon the location they may ask for a CT guided or a Laparoscopic Biopsy of the same. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
