I have gained almost 20 kg in last 6 months, I want to lose my weight, is there any tips how I can lose weight in a short period of time (6 months or earlier)?

Hello, your BMI is 34.92 kg/m2. For weight management it's important that quantity, quality and frequency of the food is taken care of. Try to incorporate foods rich in protein like eggs, fish, chicken, soy, Dal's and pulses. Ensure that each meal has some source of protein. Having balanced meals is important. Avoid fried food, processed food. Increase fiber in the meals in the form of leafy veg, fruits, sprouts that will help you achieve satiety.
