Hi lybrate-user, I am so glad you are atleast willing to make a change! So Start exercising Go for a morning jog or even better Join a gym Change diet. Stop doing too much sugar And eliminate it entirely. Make a honest estimate of how many cigarettes you are smoking in a day. And then find the number for a whole week. Go to your wall calender and mark on it. 1 Next sat 2 Next sat 3 Meaning you will do 1 less cigarette Next week 2 cigarettes less So on and so forth. (Reduce one cigarette per week.) keep a count of smokes in a day and enter it on your calender everyday! Have more coffee whenever theres an urge. Get vit C and Vit D tablets!
