I am suffering from anal itching from last 2 months. After few days I found 2 skin tag so I consult a surgeon. He said you are suffering from Anal fissure. I did not found any blood but some time I found continuously leakage of liquid without any pain. I asked him is it fistula he said No. I had used pilorute cream for more than a month and ano metrogyl for more than a month and now he suggested me 4 week course of lox jelly +diltiazem. But itching is not in control. Please suggest. Is it anal fissure? If yes what should be remedy?
