Hi Sir, I am suffering with back pain since 2 years my Mri shows disc bulge l5 S1 I have tried many physiotherapy but no relief what I have to do sir. One Doctor told me endoscopy Discectomy surgery need. Shall I go that sir. I have only back pain, No leg pain sciatica.

Hi sir. There is something called transforaminal epidural injection which we do for disc bulge procedure. It's a injection in to your spine region under fluoroscopy procedure.
