You need to avoid eating all foods that come in a packet and is processed in factories, like - biscuits, all types of breads, noodles, salty snacks, jams & spreads, colas and juices, chocolates & ice-creams, white sugar and refined oil etc. Reduce intake of milk, rice & wheat based foods.
