I have been taking regularly Nebistar 5 mg medicine in night since last 3 year, My BP reading is normally at 130/88. Since last 4-5 days I am having headache in day time and found my BP reading to be 140/95. Please advice if it is temporary due to work stress or I need to increase dosage as I am taking same medicine since last 3 year. My age is 41 year.

Hey Mr. lybrate-user, 140/95 is not alarming. You need not worry about it. Just do your routine excercise and maintain your diet. Just make sure you record your BP when your relaxed and do not take any meal 1 hr prior to recording BP. For headache, use T.paracetomol 500 mg 1 SOS (when head ache is present)
