I am 21 and have had pcos and thyroids form when I was 13 had my right ovary removed due to torsion still on metformin and thyroid medication had 1 miscarriage at 3 months and 2 chemical pregnancy next pregnancy have to take heparin injections too. Now I'm prescribed with duphaston 10 mg for 10 days from cycle day 10 for 3 months and then try for conceiving. Why is this given to me? How will it help me with conceiving?

Please get an APLA test done, in addition to the heparin you must also take ecosprin at the onset of next pregnancy. Take duphaston only after confirmed ovulation.
