HI Doc, I do job at least 12 hour ,standing all the day making me weak and disturbing my stomach .what is better food for me which I should eat in breakfast and lunch dinner .please suggest me healthy food for break fast lunch and dinner thanks.

U need to do some yoga first of all,,take non spicy food,,take amla juice and alovera juice in morning,,take high protein diet,,take fruits and vegetables in ur breakfast and lunch,,take oats and salad in dinner,take nuts,,dates,, raisins in ur diet,,take multivitamins with multiminerals,,take protein powder,,this will help
