I am 36 years old. I have uric acid from six months ago. Can I eat paneer and whisky? I drink whisky 4 days in a week 180 ml per day. Is it harmful or not?

As the others have noted, alcohol can make things worse - or more common. alcohol interferes with the body?s normal process of eliminating uric acid (high uric acid concentrations are a cause of not only gout, but some kidney stones as well). So the more you drink, the more uric acid can build up - when concentrations are high enough it can start to crystallize - typically in low-temperature areas
