I am under anxiety, depression and OCD since one and half months. My doctor prescribed pexep 37.5 and recently added clonil 25 mg and modalert 100 mg. I am taking all the medicine as per doctor's advice. How long it will take to get rid of this mental illness. I am 63 years old female with a happy family. I wanted to know above medicine will work and when I will feel better? And how long treatment will continue?

Treatment for depression usually continues for 6-12 months depending on intensity or symptoms and recurrence. For OCD and anxiety, it is different for each individual. Please start on psychotherapy also for your symptoms. The best results are seen with a combination of medicines and psychotherapy.
