Hello, Lip reduction is a very common procedure performed by plastic surgeons. Its a day care procedure done under local anesthesia. After the procedure there will be swelling for few days and you will be able to see full results by a month. For dark lips use glomax lip gel ant night and a good moisturizing lip balm with sunscreen at day. For resistant pigmentation mandelic acid peel and laser helps. Consult a plastic surgeon.
