I workout daily for 90 minutes from past 8 months which include cardio and weight training and follow a very healthy and nutritious protien based diet with specific calories intake but still I am not able to reduce my body fat. The workout I follow is also of high intensity and I also include vegetables, fruits and boiled chicken in my diet. Even though the weight has reduced a bit over time but the upper body fat is still very much the same. I do not take any supplements except multivitamins I really want to develop a lean body and I am working out really well for it but the results are not upto my expectations, please recommend some changes/suggestions that would help me to accomplish my physical goals. Thank you.
