1 week back, I was having on my left hand side front below the rib. I consulted doctor, they told me of certain internal infection and gave a medicine named: SAFE-500. He also told me to have a blood test and a chest x-ray done. X ray report was normal but in blood report ESR was 60 and WBC count was 11500. Then he told me to have an USG done of full abdomen. And in the USG report it was mentioned that both lobes of liver are enlarged and abscess all over the spleen are found of which maximum size is 2.9 cm round. What should I do next? The doctor told me as the USG is not clear fo a CT Scan.
