I 27 years male 70 kg weight with 6feet height, got a chance to act in a movie, Director asked me to gain muscle and lose stomach fat. Already I'm suffering with body weakness, even if I do normal exercise I ll get sweat on my leg toes and hands all the day. So I stopped.
