I want to lose weight and I am on proper balanced diet. I have liking for eggs and would like to add in my diet. please guide me that whether including eggs will help me lose weight or gain weight. Moreover what is the accurate time to eat eggs. And can I have the whole egg or only the white portion for weight loss. If possible give me a diet plan that includes egg so that I end up overeating.

Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava, papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd) etc. 2.
