If one builds muscles on going to the gym on stopping to go to the gym his muscles go away and does he return to his original state? Or gyming permanently changes a person's body?

Body building or body deterioration happens gradually. It takes many years to build and many years for deterioration. Fitness, health, body building needs constant maintenance just like any machine or car. Muscles will build gradually at a gym, but will not vanish immediately if you leave gymming. It may take many years for the reduction. It depends on the diet you take and the continuation of exercise. Best thing is to do exercises regularly to stay fit for life. Health should be a long term project, done out of love for your body and wellness.
