Hello Doctor, I need your valuable suggestions in pregnancy. My wife is pregnant (11 weeks) & having white discharge regularly, sometimes red discharge. She also have nausea continuously. She is taking Duphaston-Bd, Macfolate-Od & Doxinate (3 to 4 times) Respected doctors, I want to know what to do & don't. Whether there is need for bed rest? What to eat and not? What's the meaning of white discharge & red discharge. We will wait for your answer.

Hi. No need to worry. Mild discharge and nausea is very common in pregnancy. But if red or blood stained discharge continue. Then go for USG. Avoid long standing work, forward bending. Avoid oily food ,take fibrous diet so that constipation better avoided.
