Is taking protein powder good or does it have side effects. If we can take which is the best because from diet only 100 mg protein is possible per day and my weight is 80 kg so I think I need more atlest 150 mg daily.

There is so much misinformation about protein. Protein in isolation will not help in weight reduction. First you need to correct overall food intake, that is causing weigh gain. That is processed and packed food, sugar, oil and salt, milk products and maida food. Once you reduce these foods, and increase eating more natural food like fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts & seeds, weight will start coming down. Taking protein supplements without doing very hard physical work leads to wastage of protein, excess load on kidneys and lose of bone mass.
