My grand mother is a patient of diabetes. After a report, doctor advised lack of blood and told to admit her. Haemoglobin is 5.2. Red blood cell count is 2.79. Please advise.

RBC count is low and so is hemoglobin suggestive of bone b marrow suppression. Needs complete hemogram and bone marrow aspiration. Please consult a hematologist.
