My father is 51 years old. He feels pain in his left knee. He cannot bend that knee for a long period of time. He tried many things for that, even taken many medication too, but nothing has helped his case. While walking in a slope or in stairs the knee becomes more and more painful, and during this time of the year the situation becomes even worse. Any suggestions how to cure that thing.
