Hey sir I am suffering from mdr tb and have two question please answer them respectively 1) If I consume drugs at 7: 00 am and another day if I consume drugs at 10: 00 am means 3 hours gap then will it make any difference on treatment? 2) Initially doctor giving me normal tb antibiotics and my lymph node start reducing after diagnosed it is found to be resistant then how lymph node reduced when I was taking wrong antibiotics.

1.won't make much difference provided you ensure compliance. Better stick to the same time. 2.lymph node size in TB therapy is totally unpredictable. It has no relation with the drug. If sensitivity reports predict resistance to Rifampicin and INH then MDR TB is established. And treatment is modified thereby. Wish you speedy recovery.

1 not much difference but if all TB drugs are taken empty stomach with water and no food for 1 hour then efficacy of TB drugs are better. 2 There are some sensitive strain also which responde to treatment and lymph node starts regressing, but number of resistance bacteria keep on increasing.
