Dear lybrateuser, - Your vit B level is very low, to increase the level along with diet you would also require medication - foods rich in vit b12 include milk & milk products, eggs, fish, meats & enriched foods like soy, cereals - consult a doctor as you will require injectible vit B12 to raise your level.
