Doctor, my vitamin D level came down really low to 10 whereas the normal range for this is 30-100. Please suggest sooner and better ways to get this under normal range.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Vit D level can be increased by consuming foods high in vit d, exposure to sunlight & vit d supplements - foods like fish (salmon, tuna), yogurt, fortified milk & milk products, orange juice, cereals - exposure to sunlight daily for 15-20 min is the best source for vit d - supplements as per your vit d requirement per day.
