Due to suffering of frequent gas and acidity USG was done two months ago and liver cysts of internal septation measure 14 into 18 mm. This was my mother's USG report and we see a gastroenterologist who do not talk any word about this problem but in USG report it is seen. In future from this liver cysts has any chance of danger? My mother age 47 and no pain in right side of abdomen.

The cyst is very small, it has to be checked every 6-9 months to see if it remains same size or increasing. Most cysts remain the same size and hence do not require any treatment. In case of any doubt the doctor may advise a CT scan.
