your weight is almost ok. It should between 65 - 70 kgs but you r 64 kg. This weight you may gain by consumiong much quantity of Protein diet i.e. Dairy products like milk, paneer, curd n butter. Nutritious diet will give you more weight For fit body over weight is always undesirable. Kesari Jeevan (Baidyanath) 10 grams twice a day with milk will also help u.
