Sir I am suffering from acne and pimple from last 4 years. I tried every home remedies but didn't work in my face and pimple and acne growing and leaving marks as usual. Should I apply benzoyl peroxide on my face. Some of my friend consult me .coz benzoyl peroxide has anti bacterial property .what should I do? Can you suggest some benzoyl peroxide cream brand or something else which remove marks and inhibit the growth of pimple and acne.

Use clear gel at night. Acne or pimples is due to oily skin. Few hormonal changes also causes. Certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it.
