Hello. I believe that I have been exposed to Hiv on 3rd september. I'm no sure. But I want to confirm about that. What should be my next step. Do I have to take PEP treatment right away. Or wait for 15 days to take PCR DNA test then start treatment. Suggest me something. I'm worried.

Hello- The only way to know for sure whether you have HIV is to get tested. If you get a negative HIV antibody test result during the window period, you should be re-tested 3 months after your possible exposure to HIV.
