I am having pain in my lower back due to wrongly done work outs. I still want to continue my work out. What should I do.

If you have to still continue your work then you need to use lumbo sacral belt to avoid further strain on the back and try to avoid heavy weight lift and long drives and if you have sitting job then don't forget to take a few micro breaks every 20-30 min. And apply hot water bag at your back at bed time so you may have a no pain and get sound sleep.
