hello sir, take fiber with protein diet . have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products. do stretching exercise alternate days. take plenty of fruits. take plenty of water. take green leafy veg, whole pulses, sprouts, egg, soy milk, shake, cold coffee, lemon water, coconut water. don't skip your meals and breakfast.
