Mg age is 21 and I'm 70 kg I do exercise twice a day started a week back that's it. How calories should I burn morning and evening can you please provide me a suggestion?

Only calories will not help - you need adequate proteins too which had to be balanced with calories from carbs fats and protein

Ur doing exercise soo ur burning calories...that's simple..now take high protein low carbohydrate and fatty food..drink plenty of water...that's all u need..
