Currently Mango season is on, how many a day is OK. Considering that I am trying to lose weight and control my sugar, am not Diabetic.

Mango is high glycemic index fruit. That means it can raise sugar. But, you are not diabetic. So enjoy as many as you want. For weight loss, you have to reduce total calorie intake.
