Hello, Thanks for the query. Please take enough ORS,(oral rehydration solution) about a liter or more per day. Take normal or bland diet. Avoid oily and fried foods next few days. You may take some anti-emetic if vomiting is still there. Drugs like loperamide do help in controlling loose motions. In this communication we are not supposed to prescribe any medications.
