Hi lybrate-user, Mood swings are common among teenagers and if you can not decide quickly it may be because you do not act on impulses which is a good thing. Moreover one becomes adept at decision making with experience. For now you may practice it by weighing pros and cons of a given situation and pick the one with more pros. Take your chances and do not be afraid, you will then see your confidence rising. Secondly I can understand the pressure felt by a student who needs to prepare for board exams. However I suggest that you have ample time with you (if you need to appear for 2017-18) Board exams, with proper planning, time management and help from school teachers/counselor you can not only prepare well for exams but also have your mood in balance. Good luck. Cheers!
