Dear Dr. I would like to know about the drinking water while having food is it good for health or bad habit. Bcoz I never drink water or anything while having meals and upto after an hour. But still I have constipation. Apart from that I drink more than 6 ltrs water a day Please suggest the write time.

Please Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice for few days Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take water 30 minutes after foods 5 to 6 litres water intake is good.
